•      Gold Medallist - On June 1, 2001, Artisan received the Best Value
        Supplier Award from Defense Supply Center, Richmond.

•      Artisan attains Certified Supplier Status (dock to stock) on May 10, 2001
        from Breeze Eastern.

•      In 2001 the Australian Air Force upgraded its MAU-12 bomb rack to
        include an EDO Artisan Zero Retention Force Arming Unit.    

•      Since 1989 Artisan is the sole supplier of blade crack indicators for
        Sikorsky Black Hawk Helicopters.

•      EDO Artisan has been recognized as the major supplier of ICBM launch
        control cables on the Trident submarine program since 1974.
